Slat Conveyor

The Slat Chain Conveyors are basically consisting of two or three strands of chains connected laterally by slat elements like ladder and running parallel over end sprocket wheels.

The slats are of different designs to suit the objects to be conveyed. The slat width varies from 50 mm to 2000 mm or as required.

The materials of construction are M.S. Wood, S.S., Plastic, Aluminum etc. The spacing varies as per chain pitch and as per design requirement.

They are generally used for carrying unit loads like Boxes, Cartons, Bags, Bales, Pallets, Heavy and Hot components. They are used for conveying horizontally, to lift on inclined route or to lower on declined route. They are also available to run forward as well as in reverse direction.
